Paul Mango was the Deputy Chief of Staff at HHS from 2019-2021, during which time he was a key leader on the Operation Warp Speed Team. Prior to that, he was the Chief of Staff at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Before joining the government,  Paul spent 25 years with McKinsey & Company where he led the U.S. and Global Healthcare Practices. He started his career as a field artillery officer in the 82nd Airborne Division. He has a BS in General Engineering from West Point and an MBA from Harvard. He lives in Jackson Hole, WY.
